Dr. Wilson was very helpful and easy to talk to about what was going on. He gave me a lot of information and tips about my issue and even helped me out by sending me a discount card for my prescription, which was very thoughtful since I had been asking about insurance coverage and price of meds. I didn’t feel like he was rushing to go off to the next patient, but he was listening to me and I had the freedom to open up and ask questions. The doctor was very personable and the whole staff was friendly and professional. It’s easy to get an appointment and they are very communicative with appointment reminders. The outside looks a little rough but don’t let that stop you. Inside it has a small Dr office feel, not institutional. I like it and I’m happy with Everyday Healthcare. ~ Lorilee P

If you are in need of a Doctor that cares and works hard to get you back on your feet and you are tired of Doctors ignoring you while you are sick; then I highly recommend you to come to Every Day Health Care, they are very professional, caring and work hard to get you the best possible medical care, the nurses are attentive and provide you with excellent care, they also provide emergency treatments and you can do walk-ins or schedule a doctors appointment to be seen over the phone in the comfort of your own home, I’m happy I found this place 3 years ago and since then I have being a patient and my family as well as they have doctors that specialize in different fields so they can take care of your every medical needs. ~ Brenda P

Went in for a TB test (required for working in FUSD) and they got me in and out so quickly! They only accepted walk ins for TB tests and I only waited for 5 min in the lobby. I was in and out in 10 minutes!! I came back for my results 48 hrs later and met with the Dr within 5 minutes of arriving. The test was $40, which isn’t the cheapest (Most range from $35-45) but was still very reasonable! The front desk ladies weren’t extraordinarily nice, however they were respectful and helpful. They answered all my questions and like I said got me in and out super fast!! ~ Grace B

I just moved from Las Vegas to Fresno and needed my prescription refilled asap. I went to First Health Medical Center and they were urgent care and was unable to get my prescription refilled so, they referred me to Everyday Healthcare. I called and got the same day appointment within an hour. Dr Michael Palms was very nice, he understands my situation and was incredibly helpful. He even looks for the discounted price for four of my prescriptions since I'm still waiting for new insurance benefit to start and don't wanna spend $700 monthly for the medicine. Great place! Brought my grandma here and she was given quick and amazing service. The nurses and doctors are knowledgeable and care for the patients... Would highly recommend NP Colleen Saliba, she was great. In addition I personally have been treated by Dr. Brent Wilson and he is an amazing medical provider that always goes above and beyond with each visit and is kind, caring, and intelligent. Went there with swollen ankle after bad landing from my truck. I choose place because of affordable price I am cash payer, and after reading their reviews. I been reading reviews for other urgent care places and looks like there is no perfect urgent care place in Fresno. However my experience with this place was good. Doctor seems professional, radiologist also been professional, no any complain about nurse and front desk lady. Like in other places I been waiting, but understand it is not In-n-Out burger visit. Everyday Health Care, is one of the more efficient professional facilities. Their doctors and healthcare Associates are very professional in the treatment of my healthcare needs. I have never been more satisfied with the facility. Although, I do have a primary physician, but, they are very busy and more times; I have found myself unable to get in to see my primary physician. I’ve seen Brent Wilson MD for about 7 years now. Scheduling is easy, staff is responsive, and most importantly “Doc” and his team are always kind and understanding. Issues with pharmacy are quickly resolved, and any referrals are always seamless. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson to manage primary care, urgent care, and chronic disease management. Most importantly he’s a kind man, with tons of patience, and the best bedside manner out of any doctor I’ve ever seen! ~ Michael G

First came to everyday health care for my DOT physicals and eventually saw Dr. Palms as my PCP he’s always been great with taking care of my health issues and getting me the health care I need. I couldn’t recommend him and the staff here. I came in at 481 pounds and with his help I’m currently at 294 today. I can’t recommend this place and Dr. Palms enough he help more than any other Dr. I have seen in the pass and that’s why I’m still coming for my health care to everyday. ~ Antonio M

Michael Palms, FNP saw my mom today. He discussed her health conditions very thoroughly and took his time answering questions. He spoke to her in terms she can understand and convinced her to go to the emergency room to be seen. This was just an urgent care but we both love him so much, he is going to be her primary doctor!! He is kind and thorough. If you are looking for a new primary care provider (PCP) or just need and urgent care visit, I definitely recommend him. ~ Monica B

Wonderful and thorough, went in feeling really cruddy but her bedside manners really cheered me up. Her ability to communicate with you was superb and she takes the time to listen to your concerns. I didn’t feel rushed ,she also recommended that I do an annual check up since I haven’t done one in years. I will be switching to her and this office for my primary care from this point on. Initially came here for a physical to start a new job, but when Dr. Palms came in and talked to me I could instantly tell this was the type of doctor I needed, he is REAL and down to earth and more than anything helps you figure out ways to ensure you’re health is prioritized and that alone earned my respect so much that once my benefits started at my job I already knew where I was going for my healthcare needs. ~ Mark B

I ended up here one day when my regular Urgent Care taped a sign on the door saying the Dr. was out for several hours. I'm glad I tried it because the service is quicker, a lot more attentive, and a great deal friendlier. Everyone in the office is so nice! My visit with Inga was a very positive experience. She genuinely cares about my concerns with my health. I felt heard and action was taken during my first visit with her. She also told me I didn't look my age, which was a bonus for my first visit with her. A follow up appointment was made very quickly and a plan was put in place. Inga was absolutely wonderful! And so was Renee who is a NP in training. From the team member at the front desk, to the medical assistant that took my vitals, to the x-ray technician, everyone at this office are just simply the best. They listen to you and empathize. Dr. Michaels actually listens. I've been searching for a good doc and I think I got lucky. Listening is extremely important to me. He's calm and patient and respectful. Good manners . All these things matter. I appreciate him. The staff is also very friendly which makes things easier for me when setting up appointments or making payments. I have no complaints. Thanks ~ Paul R

Came to the office had been in lots of pain. Saw Mike explaining my symptoms to the best of my ability (level of 10). Came up with plan ran test which came back negative on which we decided to tray and follow up over weekend. Came back after the weekend and things were better. Ended up with a trigger point which helped tremendously. Had no pain for the day. Thank you Mike for all your help ~ Crystal M

This is the best urgent care experience I've ever had! I had just flown into town, found them on the web, and needed to drive 2 hours right away, and had just developed pinkeye. They got me in, Dr. Wilson was kind and helpful, and sent me on my way with medication and prescription in less than an hour. Wow! ~ Pamela B

Proffesonal, Fast & Very Friendly!!! I was Amazed at how fast it was! I was in a room within 10 minutes. The Friendly Staff & Dr. Made being sick A lot more Tolerable.. The staff was fantastic! My son had an ear infection over the weekend and other urgent cares were closed it not open for walk-ins (what kind of Urgent Care does that???) but this office was opened and it was the best find! Easily booked same day appointment, uploaded documents and preferred pharmacy on patient portal. I was seen very promptly with great care from the MA. I went there for a rapid Covid test. I liked that it was a drive through. You can relax in your car while you wait. They do take some insurance, Blue Shield for example. I had to wait in line for a while to get into the parking lot, but I prefer waiting in my car rather than a waiting room. All in all, it worked really well. ~ Heather J

This was my first time seeing Inga Webb this morning. She was very compassionate and caring with my situation. I am a complicated medical patient and she made things easier and comfortable for me.
