Dr. Wilson was very helpful and easy to talk to about what was going on. He gave me a lot of information and tips about my issue and even helped me out by sending me a discount card for my prescription, which was very thoughtful since I had been asking about insurance coverage and price of meds. I didn’t feel like he was rushing to go off to the next patient, but he was listening to me and I had the freedom to open up and ask questions.
The doctor was very personable and the whole staff was friendly and professional. It’s easy to get an appointment and they are very communicative with appointment reminders. The outside looks a little rough but don’t let that stop you. Inside it has a small Dr office feel, not institutional. I like it and I’m happy with Everyday Healthcare.

I had an exceptional experience with Mr. Michael Palms, FNP\-BC, at EveryDay Healthcare on Shields. I came in with a badly broken foot and was in a lot of pain, and from the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in excellent hands.
Mr. Palms has an outstanding bedside manner. He was compassionate, patient, and genuinely concerned about my well-being. He took the time to explain everything clearly and went above and beyond to help me through the entire process and make sure I received the care I needed.
The staff was also top-notch—professional, kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. When you’re injured and hurting, having a medical provider and staff who truly care makes such a difference.
I am extremely grateful to Mr. Palms and the entire team at EveryDay Healthcare for the exceptional care I received. I highly recommend them!

If you are in need of a Doctor that cares and works hard to get you back on your feet and you are tired of Doctors ignoring you while you are sick; then I highly recommend you to come to Every Day Health Care, they are very professional, caring and work hard to get you the best possible medical care, the nurses are attentive and provide you with excellent care, they also provide emergency treatments and you can do walk-ins or schedule a doctors appointment to be seen over the phone in the comfort of your own home, I’m happy I found this place 3 years ago and since then I have being a patient and my family as well as they have doctors that specialize in different fields so they can take care of your every medical needs.
